She knows our preferences now and doesn't need supervision. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the company could improve their customer service response time - sometimes it takes a day to get answers to questions via email. That said, the actual cleaning service is solid, and the monthly cost of £320 is reasonable for fortnightly visits to a four-bedroom house. Would recommend for regular domestic cleaning.
